Advantages:

В квартире есть все необходимое для ночёвки, постельное чистое, выдали полотенца, газовый водонагрев - необходима сноровка чтобы помыться горячей водой, на кухне грязновато, на переночевать сойдет, для автопутешественников на юга - только как крайний вариант.

Disadvantages:

На кухне грязно.
