Advantages:

Дистанционное заселение. Чистое постельное. Имеется стиральная машина. Посуда имеется.

Disadvantages:

На изголовье кровати была приклеена жевательная резинка. В квартире уборка не проводилась очень давно. Подушки «медузки». Если вы захотите помыться, у вас этого не получится, шланг у душа порван, горячей воды нет, так как газовый водонагреватель живет своей жизнью.
