Advantages:

Как выше есть отзыв, старый дом. Вины хозяина нет, запахи из подвала. Нужен капитальный ремонт, особенно коммуникаций, а это уже к городскому хозяйству. К владельцу претензий нет, только благодарность.

Advantages:

Квартира светлая, удобная, в нее лёгко попасть, все необходимое есть, фен, утюг, даже стиральная машина, к моей радости заменили диван на широкую кровать. Квартира на 1м этаже.

Disadvantages:

Из недостатков, это старенький дом с плохой вентиляцией, очень пахло табачным дымом от соседей, слышимость сильная - думаю, это просто особенность домов старого сектора. Но хозяева постарались подшаманить
