Advantages:

Недалеко от выезда на трассу. Рядом много магазинов, пешеходная зона, сосновый бор.

Disadvantages:

Сложно припарковать машину, очень узкие подъезды к дому, мест практически нет. В квартире был сломан чайник, хозяин не отреагировал на замечание. Чистота на троечку.
